5. Create and maintain documentation of business processes and systems.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
7. Provide technical training and support to users.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.
9. Prepare reports and presentations to stakeholders.
10. Stay current on software updates and security patches.
