  1. Provide specialized support and services to individuals with complex behavioral health needs.

  3. Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify needs and develop appropriate interventions.
  4. Monitor and evaluate progress towards treatment goals and make adjustments as needed.
  5. Utilize evidence-based practices and techniques to support individuals in achieving positive outcomes.
  6. Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all interactions and interventions.
  8. Advocate for individuals and their families to ensure access to necessary resources and services.
  9. Stay up-to-date on current trends and research in the field of behavioral health.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  11. Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and community resources.
  12. Collaborate with community organizations to promote awareness and understanding of behavioral health issues.
  13. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all interactions and interventions.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of individuals and their families.
  15. Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Behavioral Health Or Related Field

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Behavioral Health Setting, Preferably With High Acuity Patients

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Practices For Treating Behavioral Health Conditions

  • Strong Crisis Intervention And De-Escalation Skills

  • Ability To Work Independently And Remotely, While Also Collaborating With A Multidisciplinary Team To Provide Comprehensive Care For Patients.
