  1. Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans for patients.
  2. Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to promote mental health and well-being.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  4. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to fit the specific needs of each patient.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress notes.
  6. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as needed.
  7. Stay informed about current research, best practices, and treatment modalities in the field of mental health.
  8. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  9. Educate patients and their families on coping strategies and techniques for managing mental health symptoms.
  10. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice, including maintaining patient confidentiality.
  11. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  12. Maintain a valid clinical license in the state of Pennsylvania and adhere to all licensing requirements.
  13. Promote a positive and supportive work environment for colleagues and patients.
  14. Act as an advocate for mental health and wellness, both within the organization and in the community.
  15. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Or Related Field.

  • Active And Unrestricted License To Practice In The State Of Pennsylvania.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Providing Behavioral Health Services, Preferably In A Clinical Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities For Mental Health And Substance Use Disorders.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Multidisciplinary Team And Engage With Diverse Populations.
