  1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support the growth and success of Highmark Health.
  2. Conduct market analysis and research to identify potential growth opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans.
  4. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
  5. Identify and analyze potential risks and opportunities for the organization.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
  7. Present recommendations and updates to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  8. Conduct financial analysis and create financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  9. Participate in the development of business cases and proposals for new projects and initiatives.
  10. Lead or support special projects as assigned by senior leadership.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve strategic processes and procedures.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare industry trends and best practices.
  13. Mentor and guide junior team members in strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  14. Represent Highmark Health in industry events and conferences.
  15. Uphold Highmark Health's values and mission in all interactions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Strategy Development, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Drive Strategic Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proven Ability To Lead And Manage Cross-Functional Teams, With A Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Execution.
