Job Description

As an Associate Infrastructure Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and maintenance for our audio/visual systems and infrastructure. This position requires a passion for technology and a strong understanding of audio/visual equipment and systems.   1. Provide technical support and maintenance for all audio/visual systems and infrastructure within the Highmark Health community.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with audio/visual equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration and functionality of audio/visual systems with other technology.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in audio/visual technology to continuously improve and optimize systems.
  5. Assist in the planning and implementation of new audio/visual projects and upgrades.
  6. Conduct regular maintenance and updates on all audio/visual systems to ensure optimal performance.
  7. Train and educate end-users on the proper use and functionality of audio/visual equipment.
  8. Document and maintain detailed records of audio/visual systems, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  9. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of audio/visual equipment and supplies.
  10. Adhere to company guidelines and policies regarding security, data protection, and confidentiality.
  11. Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and provide excellent customer service.
  12. Collaborate with other IT departments to identify and address any potential risks or security threats related to audio/visual systems.
  13. Participate in team meetings and provide insights and suggestions for improving audio/visual infrastructure and processes.
  14. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of audio/visual systems.
  15. Adhere to all company safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Audio/Visual System Administration Or Support.

  • Proficiency In Audio/Visual Hardware And Software, Including Video Conferencing Systems, Digital Signage, And Multimedia Equipment.

  • Strong Technical Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
