Highmark Health is searching for an Associate Community Affairs Analyst to join our team and help us fulfill our mission of providing innovative solutions to improve the health and well-being of our communities. The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between Highmark Health and the community, providing meaningful insight into our outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community involvement and engagement, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. They will have a strong understanding of community relations, social media, and public relations, with the ability to think critically and independently. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders within the community.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve community outreach initiatives.
  3. Provide meaningful insight into community engagement projects.
  4. Monitor and analyze progress of outreach initiatives.
  5. Use social media and public relations to promote Highmark Health initiatives.
  6. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
  7. Utilize critical thinking skills to identify potential opportunities for community engagement.
  8. Create and deliver presentations to internal teams and external organizations.
  9. Remain updated on changes and trends in the community.
  10. Assist in the development of community engagement programs.
