  1. Conduct laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently, following established protocols and guidelines.
  2. Assist Lab Technologists in preparing and analyzing samples, maintaining equipment, and performing quality control checks.
  3. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all laboratory procedures to ensure the reliability of test results.
  4. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  5. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of test results.
  6. Keep detailed records of all laboratory tests and procedures, including patient information and results.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during testing.
  8. Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment, and assist with ordering and restocking as needed.
  9. Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and other healthcare professionals, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and report preparation, as needed.
  12. Adhere to all HIPAA and privacy regulations to maintain the confidentiality of patient information.
  13. Follow all laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and accreditation requirements.
  14. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve laboratory processes and procedures.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by Lab Technologists or supervisors.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or Related Field.

  • Previous Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.
