  1. Assist in the preparation and administration of anesthesia to patients of all ages.
  2. Monitor patient vital signs and assist anesthesia providers in responding to any changes.
  3. Maintain and troubleshoot anesthesia equipment, ensuring it is functioning properly and safely.
  4. Prepare and maintain anesthesia supplies and medications, ensuring they are well-stocked and organized.
  5. Assist anesthesia providers in positioning and preparing patients for procedures.
  6. Document and maintain accurate records of anesthesia procedures and patient information.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing them with information about the anesthesia process and addressing any concerns or questions.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures.
  9. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
  10. Attend trainings and educational opportunities to stay current with advancements and changes in anesthesia technology and procedures.
  11. Maintain a professional demeanor and compassionate attitude towards patients and their families.
  12. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of An Accredited Anesthesia Technician Program Or Equivalent Education And Training.

  • Certified Anesthesia Technician (Cer.a.t.) Designation Or Willingness To Obtain Certification Within 6 Months Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As An Anesthesia Technician In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Proficiency In Setting Up And Maintaining Anesthesia Equipment, Including Ventilators, Monitors, And Iv Pumps.

  • Knowledge Of Anesthesia Medications And Their Effects, As Well As Proper Storage And Handling Procedures.
