  1. Assist anesthesiologists and CRNAs in preparing and setting up equipment for anesthesia procedures.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized anesthesia work area, ensuring all supplies and equipment are readily available.
  3. Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure and heart rate, during anesthesia procedures.
  4. Provide support to patients before, during, and after anesthesia procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  5. Assist with patient positioning and transferring during procedures.
  6. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for patients and staff.
  7. Communicate effectively with the anesthesia team to ensure smooth and efficient procedures.
  8. Document all procedures and patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
  9. Assist with inventory management and ordering of anesthesia supplies.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain knowledge and skills in the field of anesthesia.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
  12. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  13. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude towards patients, colleagues, and superiors.
  14. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously strive to improve patient experiences and outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of An Accredited Anesthesia Technology Program Or Equivalent Education And Experience.

  • Current Certification As A Certified Anesthesia Technician (Cer.a.t.) Or Certified Anesthesia Technologist (Cer.a.t.t.).

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In An Anesthesia Department Or Related Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Anatomy, And Pharmacology Related To Anesthesia Procedures.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment.
