  1. Analyze and interpret large datasets using actuarial methods and techniques.

  3. Develop and maintain actuarial models to support business decision-making.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to assess the financial impact of potential business initiatives.
  5. Communicate complex actuarial concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of actuarial processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
  8. Work closely with other actuarial analysts and senior actuaries to provide accurate and timely analysis.
  9. Provide support for actuarial audits and regulatory exams.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance actuarial knowledge and skills.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and improve actuarial systems and tools.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as actuarial standards of practice.
  13. Prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
  15. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the actuarial team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Completion Of At Least 2 Actuarial Exams (Such As Soa Or Cas) Or Working Towards Accreditation.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Actuarial Or Analytical Role.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Knowledge Of Statistical Modeling And Experience With Actuarial Software, Such As Sas Or R.
