
HRIS / Benefits Coordinator
The HRIS/Benefits Coordinator supports the HR system of record, administers systemic personnel actions, and maintains other HR programs through data management and administration. Lead projects which impacts data maintenance on the HRIS, including mass updates. Plan and develop analyses, reports, and presentations. Process and maintain periodic reports of employee record data, develop adhoc reports. Prepare, maintain and update employee data for the HR information system. Conduct audits of human resources data to preserve its integrity and accuracy. Input, review, and format human resources data for entry into the HRIS system. Ensures all eligible employees are in the performance appraisal system and in the process to have performance appraisals.
5+ years related experience and/or training
Retail, banking or hospitality organization experience preferred.
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
