
VLSI Design verification Engineer

- Conduct thorough verification of VLSI designs to ensure functionality and performance meets specifications.
- Work closely with design and architecture teams to understand design requirements and develop verification plans.
- Develop and implement testbenches and test cases for VLSI designs.
- Perform simulations, debug failures, and provide solutions to resolve issues.
- Utilize industry standard tools and methodologies for verification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve design issues.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in VLSI design and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Document and report all verification activities and results.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve design quality.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team.
- Maintain a high level of quality and adhere to project timelines.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and roadblocks.
- Continuously improve verification processes and methodologies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new verification tools and techniques.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies in VLSI design and verification.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Computer Engineering With A Focus On Vlsi Design.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Asic Or Fpga Verification.
Strong Understanding Of Verification Methodologies Such As Uvm, Systemverilog, And Code Coverage.
Experience With Industry-Standard Simulation And Debug Tools, Such As Cadence Incisive And Synopsys Vcs.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
