- Lead the technology transfer process from research and development to commercialization.

- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including universities, research institutions, and start-ups.
- Negotiate and manage licensing agreements and partnerships to bring new technologies to market.
- Conduct market analysis and assess the commercial potential of new technologies.

- Communicate and present technology transfer plans and progress to senior leadership.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in the technology transfer process.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to technology transfer.
- Continuously improve technology transfer processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent HPE at industry events and conferences to promote our technology transfer capabilities.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the organization.
- Contribute to the overall strategy and goals of HPE by driving technology transfer initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Computer Science, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technology Transfer Or Intellectual Property Management.
Strong Understanding Of Patent Law, Licensing Agreements, And Technology Commercialization Processes.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Teams And External Partners.
Experience In Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams To Successfully Execute Technology Transfer Initiatives.
