  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technology partners and internal cross-functional teams.
  3. Negotiate and manage technology transfer deals, ensuring favorable terms and successful execution.
  4. Identify and evaluate cutting-edge technologies for potential transfer and commercialization.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess market potential and develop product and solution roadmaps.
  6. Oversee the transfer process from initial evaluation to final product launch, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  7. Monitor and track key performance metrics to measure the success of technology transfer initiatives.
  8. Communicate progress and updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in technology transfer and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on best practices and processes related to technology transfer.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Engineering, Or Science.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technology Transfer, Licensing, Or Intellectual Property Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Intellectual Property Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.

  • Experience In Project Management And Successfully Bringing New Technologies To Market.
