  1. Provide technical expertise and support to clients in order to meet their business needs and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions for clients.
  3. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest technological advancements to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  4. Create and deliver presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of HPE's products and services.
  5. Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with HPE's products, solutions, and services.
  6. Work closely with sales teams to identify and qualify potential clients and assist with the sales process.
  7. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing proactive solutions.
  9. Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful and timely execution of projects.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify potential business opportunities and threats.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales, and projects.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
  13. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization.
  14. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth, taking advantage of learning and development opportunities within the company.
  15. Represent HPE in a professional and positive manner at all times.
