If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Technical Consultant (Intern). We are seeking a motivated and driven candidate to assist our team in providing technical support to our Japanese-speaking clients. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and global environment, while utilizing your language and technical skills.   1. Provide technical support to Japanese-speaking clients, both remotely and in person.
  2. Communicate with clients to understand their technical issues and provide efficient and effective solutions.
  3. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  4. Work closely with the team to identify and address client needs and provide timely resolutions.
  5. Utilize fluency in Japanese to communicate effectively with clients and provide a high level of customer service.
  6. Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation and resources for both internal and external use.
  7. Participate in training and knowledge sharing sessions to stay updated on current technology and product offerings.
  8. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the client experience.
  9. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  10. Take initiative and show a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  11. Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the team and company.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information and handle all data with integrity.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, representing the company in a positive and professional manner.

  • Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: A Technical Consultant-Japanese Speaking Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Provide Effective Solutions For Clients.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field: Candidates Should Have A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Engineering To Demonstrate Their Technical Knowledge And Skills.
