  1. Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production, filming, and post-production.
  2. Edit raw footage to create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing videos that align with the brand's messaging.
  3. Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute video concepts and storyboards.
  4. Utilize industry-standard video editing software to ensure high-quality and professional results.
  5. Organize and maintain media assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for the team.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver videos that meet their needs.
  7. Stay up-to-date with current video trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve video production processes.
  8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  9. Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
  10. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth video production.
  11. Train and mentor junior video editors on video production techniques and best practices.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors as needed for video projects.
  13. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality control to ensure all videos meet company standards.
  14. Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving the overall video production process.
  15. Represent the company's values and brand through all video content produced.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Video Editing And Media Asset Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Video Editing And Managing Media Assets, With A Strong Portfolio Showcasing Their Skills In Both Areas.

  • Proficiency In Industry-Standard Software: The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Using Professional Video Editing Software Such As Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, And Avid Media Composer. They Should Also Have Experience With Media Asset Management Tools Like Catdv, Mediabeacon, Or Widen.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge: A Senior Video Editor And Media Asset Manager At Hpe Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Video Formats, Codecs, And Compression Techniques. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In Video Production Processes And Have A Good Understanding Of Technical Specifications For Different Platforms.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills: This Role Requires Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, So The Candidate Must Have Strong Project Management Skills. They Should Be Able To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Communicate Effectively With Team Members And Stakeholders.

  • Creative Mindset And Attention To Detail: A Senior Video Editor And Media Asset Manager Should Have A Creative Eye For Storytelling And Be Able To Bring Ideas To Life Through Video Editing.
