  1. Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Ariba and FieldGlass systems for Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs.
  3. Provide expert guidance and recommendations on best practices for utilizing SAP Ariba and FieldGlass.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the SAP Ariba and FieldGlass platforms.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in SAP Ariba and FieldGlass to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  7. Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including business leaders, end-users, and technical teams.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members on SAP Ariba and FieldGlass.
  9. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful and timely implementation of solutions.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources, when necessary.
  11. Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to the SAP Ariba and FieldGlass systems.
  12. Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security standards.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Ariba and FieldGlass and provide guidance to other IT professionals within the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Sap Ariba And Fieldglass Implementation, Configuration, And Support.

  • Strong Understanding Of Procurement And Supply Chain Processes, With A Focus On Ariba And Fieldglass Solutions.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Manage Complex Projects, Including Experience With Project Management Methodologies And Tools.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Sap Ariba And Fieldglass Modules, Including Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, And Invoice Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
