
Sales Ops Analyst
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Ops Analyst to join the Hewlett Packard Enterprise team. As the Sales Ops Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to sales and other related teams in order to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities of a Sales Ops Analyst:
- Analyze sales operations data and identify areas of opportunity and improvement
- Lead projects and initiatives to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to support sales operations
- Monitor sales performance and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with sales teams and other related teams
- Conduct research and analyze complex data to identify and recommend solutions to problems
- Identify and implement best practices and strategies to drive sales performance
- Prepare and present reports and analyses to senior management
- Develop and manage sales forecasting models to assist with planning and budgeting
- Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to track sales performance
- Assist with the design and implementation of sales incentive plans
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
Bachelor's Degree In Business
Finance
Accounting Or Related Field
At Least Years Of Experience In A Sales Operations Role
Advanced Knowledge Of Sales Forecasting And Analytics
Proficiency In Using Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Systems
Experience In Developing And Enforcing Sales Policies And Procedures
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills
Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Prioritize Tasks
Strong Knowledge Of Microsoft Office Applications.
