We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager for our HPE Aruba Networking division in Turkey, Kazakhstan, and RMC.   1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in Turkey, Kazakhstan, and RMC for the HPE Aruba Networking division.
  2. Identify and target potential clients in the assigned regions, and establish and maintain strong business relationships with them.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing them with guidance, support, and coaching to achieve sales targets.
  6. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  7. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the HPE Aruba Networking division and build brand awareness.
  8. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the networking industry and proactively identify potential challenges and solutions.
  10. Represent HPE Aruba Networking in a professional and knowledgeable manner, establishing the company as a leading provider of technology solutions in the assigned regions.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Sales Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team To Achieve Sales Targets.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hpe Aruba Networking: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Hpe Aruba Networking Products And Solutions. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Communicate And Promote The Benefits Of The Products To Potential Customers.

  • Familiarity With Turkey, Kazakhstan & Rmc Markets: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Local Markets In Turkey, Kazakhstan, And Rmc (Russia, Middle East, And Central Asia). This Will Help Them Tailor Their Sales Strategies And Approach To The Specific Needs And Preferences Of These Markets.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Sales Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients And Negotiating Deals. Therefore, Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Leadership And Team Management Abilities: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage A Team. This Includes Setting Clear Goals, Providing Guidance And Support, And Fostering A Collaborative And Positive Work Environment.
