  1. Provide technical expertise and support to customers using the OpsRamp platform.
  2. Ensure a seamless and successful experience for customers through proactive communication and troubleshooting.
  3. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing feedback and insights to improve the platform.
  4. Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to identify and address customer needs and challenges.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business goals and providing strategic guidance for using OpsRamp to achieve them.
  6. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to gather feedback, address any concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  7. Analyze customer usage and adoption data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with customers and internal teams.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert for the OpsRamp platform, providing training, documentation, and guidance to customers and internal teams.
  10. Proactively identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges faced by customers, escalating them as needed.
  11. Drive customer retention and expansion by identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  12. Participate in customer events and conferences to promote the OpsRamp platform and build relationships with customers.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Hewlett Packard Enterprise positively to customers at all times.
  14. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and find ways to enhance the OpsRamp platform.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Success Or Technical Account Management, Preferably In A Saas Or Enterprise Software Company.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cloud Computing, It Infrastructure Management, And Enterprise It Operations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Relationships, Achieving High Customer Satisfaction, And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
