  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory control for our various sites, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
  2. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate and timely delivery of inventory.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and identify potential supply chain issues, taking proactive measures to address them.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand inventory needs and develop supply chain strategies to meet those needs.
  5. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve inventory control processes.
  6. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of inventory and resolve any issues that may arise.
  7. Train and develop team members on inventory control procedures and best practices.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and reports.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain process.
  10. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline inventory control operations and increase efficiency.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  12. Lead and motivate the site supply chain team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to inventory control and supply chain management.
  14. Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations and standards.
  15. Represent the company and its values in a professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Inventory Control Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems And Processes.

  • Proven Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage A Team And Drive Results.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Vendors.
