- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance and support on various people-related matters
- Build strong relationships with leaders at all levels of the organization to understand their needs and proactively address any HR issues
- Partner with business leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive positive change
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Conduct regular analysis of HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees
- Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks
- Act as a change agent by promoting a positive and inclusive culture within the organization
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for key positions within the organization
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, and career development
- Act as a liaison between HR and the business, ensuring effective communication and understanding of HR initiatives and programs
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Business Partner Role, Preferably In A Large Global Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices, With The Ability To Apply Them In A Business Context.
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Effective Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Experience In Managing Complex Employee Relations Issues, Including Performance Management, Conflict Resolution, And Organizational Change.
