- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in the SMB segment for HPE Aruba networking solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB customers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to acquire new SMB customers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demos to potential customers to showcase the value of HPE Aruba networking solutions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate the benefits of HPE Aruba networking solutions to customers.
- Negotiate and close deals with customers to drive revenue growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
- Represent HPE Aruba in networking industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential customers.
- Continuously analyze and improve sales processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and train junior sales team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales/Business Development In The Networking Industry
Extensive Knowledge Of Hpe Aruba's Products And Services, As Well As The Smb Market
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth
