Global Trade Counsel

You should have in-depth knowledge of relevant international trade laws and regulations, and understand the complexities of international trade. Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and services regarding global trade compliance to the company.
2. Analyze and interpret international trade laws and regulations and their impact on the company’s operations and strategies.
3. Develop and implement strategies to ensure that the company is in compliance with global trade laws.
4. Negotiate complex international trade agreements and contracts.
5. Monitor and assess evolving trade laws and regulations.
6. Communicate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders on trade issues.
7. Prepare and present reports on trade compliance issues.
8. Manage multiple complex tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
9. Remain up to date on industry trends and best practices.
10. Maintain records of all legal documents and other pertinent information.
