  1. Provide exceptional technical support to federal clients, ensuring their technology needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain a high level of customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with federal clients.
  3. Utilize strong knowledge of federal government processes and procedures to effectively support federal clients.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement technology solutions for federal clients.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements, continuously expanding knowledge to better serve federal clients.
  6. Communicate effectively with federal clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  7. Maintain a TS SCI clearance with specific polygraph clearance, ensuring compliance with federal government security protocols.
  8. Manage and prioritize workload to effectively support multiple federal clients.
  9. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals and objectives.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports on federal client support activities to management.
  11. Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by federal clients in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  13. Represent Hewlett Packard Enterprise in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all federal regulations.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
