EHS and workplace manager

- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct regular workplace safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Train and educate employees on safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and workplace health and wellness initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement safety improvements and ergonomic solutions
- Manage workplace injury and illness prevention programs, including incident reporting, investigation, and workers' compensation claims
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to EHS compliance and workplace safety metrics
- Serve as the main point of contact for all EHS-related inquiries and concerns from employees and leadership
- Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure compliance with regulations and access to necessary resources
- Coordinate and lead emergency preparedness drills and develop emergency response plans
- Stay informed on industry best practices and new developments in EHS and workplace safety, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Ehs And Workplace Management, Preferably In A Large Corporate Setting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Osha, Epa, And Other Relevant Regulatory Requirements.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
