- Monitor and analyze data quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement in data management processes and systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to master data management.
- Provide guidance and expertise to other teams on data management practices.
- Communicate the value of master data management and its impact on the organization to senior leadership.
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources for data management projects.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data management systems and tools are effectively integrated.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to data management.
- Drive adoption of data management processes and tools across the organization.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize data management processes and systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise master data management for the organization.
Extensive Experience In Leading And Managing Enterprise-Wide Master Data Management Initiatives, Preferably In A Large And Complex Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Data Governance Principles And Best Practices, Including Data Quality, Data Security, And Data Privacy.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Implementation And Maintenance Of Mdm Solutions, Including Data Modeling, Data Integration, And Data Stewardship.
Deep Understanding Of Various Data Management Technologies, Including Mdm Platforms, Data Warehouses, And Data Lakes.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
