  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Analytical Abilities To Analyze Complex Data And Make Informed Decisions For Operational Planning And Strategy Development.

  • Knowledge Of Business Operations: A Solid Understanding Of Business Operations, Including Supply Chain Management, Financial Planning, And Project Management, Is Necessary For This Role.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Data Analysis Tools: The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Using Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, And Other Data Analysis Tools To Create Reports, Presentations, And Dashboards For Operational Planning.

  • Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings And Recommendations To Senior Management.

  • Prior Experience In Business Planning Or Operations: Previous Experience In Business Planning Or Operations, Either Through Coursework Or Internships, Is Preferred For This Position. This Shows The Candidate's Understanding Of The Role And Their Ability To Apply Theoretical Knowledge In A Practical Setting.
