Aruba ERT Manager

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is looking for a motivated and experienced Aruba ERT Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for leading the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and ensuring that the team is trained and equipped to respond quickly and appropriately to any emergency situation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing an ERT, as well as strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. A successful Aruba ERT Manager will be able to handle stressful situations and make difficult decisions in a timely manner. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain an Emergency Response Team (ERT) that is trained and equipped to respond quickly and appropriately to any emergency situation.
2. Ensure that the ERT team is prepared for all possible emergency scenarios.
3. Provide guidance and leadership to the ERT team in order to ensure a consistent and effective response to any emergency.
4. Create standard operating procedures for the ERT team to follow in all emergency situations.
5. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for emergency response.
6. Develop and implement strategies for the ERT team to use in order to improve their response times and effectiveness.
7. Monitor the performance of the ERT team and provide feedback and guidance to ensure that they are meeting the goals and objectives of the organization.
8. Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the ERT team is prepared for any emergency situation.
9. Communicate regularly with the ERT team to ensure that they are informed of any new developments or changes in procedures.
10. Handle stressful situations and make difficult decisions in a timely manner.
