  1. Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of all vehicles in the rental fleet.
  2. Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure all vehicles are in proper working condition and report any issues to the appropriate team member.
  3. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking and filling fluids, changing tires, and replacing light bulbs as needed.
  4. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any vehicle maintenance or customer service issues.
  6. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with exceptional service and answering any questions they may have.
  7. Drive and park vehicles in designated areas as needed.
  8. Work efficiently and effectively to complete tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies and procedures.
  10. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and making suggestions to management.
  11. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
  12. Attend and participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and new services.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
