Vehicle Service Attendant

- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of rental vehicles according to company standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before and after rental to identify any damages or issues.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking and filling fluids, changing tires, and replacing lights.
- Coordinate with maintenance team to schedule and track vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Greet and assist customers with their rental needs, including answering questions and providing information about rental policies and procedures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance and cleaning activities.

Experience In Customer Service: A Vehicle Service Attendant At Hertz Car Rental Must Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role. This Will Ensure That They Have The Necessary Skills To Interact With Customers In A Professional And Courteous Manner.
Knowledge Of Vehicle Maintenance: As A Vehicle Service Attendant, One Must Have A Basic Understanding Of Vehicle Maintenance And Be Able To Perform Minor Repairs, Such As Replacing Windshield Wipers And Checking Tire Pressure. This Will Help To Ensure That The Vehicles Are In Good Working Condition For Customers.
Physical Fitness: The Job Of A Vehicle Service Attendant Requires A Significant Amount Of Physical Activity, Such As Cleaning And Moving Vehicles, So Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Lift Up To 50 Pounds.
Valid Driver's License: Since The Job Involves Driving Vehicles Around The Rental Lot, A Valid Driver's License Is A Must. Candidates Must Also Have A Clean Driving Record And Be Comfortable Driving Different Types Of Vehicles.
Attention To Detail: A Vehicle Service Attendant Is Responsible For Inspecting And Cleaning Vehicles Before They Are Rented Out. Therefore, Having A Keen Eye For Detail Is Crucial To Ensure That All Vehicles Meet Hertz's Standards Of Cleanliness And Safety.
