  2. Perform vehicle inspections to ensure they meet company standards for cleanliness and safety.
  3. Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of vehicles, including vacuuming, washing, and waxing.
  4. Refuel vehicles and check fluid levels to ensure they are ready for customer use.
  5. Identify any damage or maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate supervisor.
  6. Follow proper procedures for maintaining and storing cleaning supplies and equipment.
  7. Assist customers with luggage and provide excellent customer service throughout the rental process.
  8. Work efficiently and effectively to meet service and productivity goals.
  9. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  11. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and provide feedback for process improvement.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  13. Adhere to company dress code and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  14. Provide support to other departments as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Vehicle Maintenance And Cleaning: A Vehicle Service Attendant At Hertz Car Rental Should Have Prior Experience In Vehicle Maintenance And Cleaning, As They Will Be Responsible For Ensuring That All Rental Cars Are In Top Condition For Customers.
