Vehicle Service Attendant

- Clean and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles according to established standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles prior to rental to ensure they meet safety and cleanliness requirements.
- Refuel, check fluids, and perform basic maintenance tasks on vehicles as needed.
- Drive vehicles to and from designated locations within the rental car facility.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading luggage and other belongings into vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance and any damages or issues encountered.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and increase efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Basic Level Of Education Is Required For This Position, In Order To Understand And Follow Instructions, Safety Protocols, And Company Policies.
Valid Driver's License: As A Vehicle Service Attendant, You Will Be Responsible For Moving And Parking Vehicles In The Rental Lot, Which Requires A Valid Driver's License And A Clean Driving Record.
Customer Service Skills: Hertz Car Rental Prides Itself On Providing Excellent Customer Service. As A Vehicle Service Attendant, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis, So Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential.
Physical Ability: This Job Requires Physical Activity Such As Bending, Lifting, And Walking For Extended Periods Of Time. Candidates Should Be Able To Lift And Move Objects Up To 50 Pounds And Be Able To Work In Various Weather Conditions.
Attention To Detail: As A Vehicle Service Attendant, You Will Be Responsible For Inspecting And Cleaning Vehicles To Ensure They Are In Top Condition For Customers. Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Order To Identify Any Damages Or Maintenance Issues That Need To Be Addressed.
