- Greet and welcome customers to Hertz Car Rental with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers with their rental needs, including selecting and retrieving vehicles.
- Perform thorough and efficient vehicle inspections before and after rentals to ensure they meet company standards.
- Clean and maintain rental vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, and detailing.
- Monitor and report any vehicle damages or maintenance issues to management.
- Keep rental lot organized and ensure all vehicles are in their designated parking spots.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or complaints.
- Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or damages to management.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.
- Continuously strive to improve and maintain high standards of customer service and vehicle maintenance.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to company guidelines regarding vehicle rental procedures and pricing.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge Of Vehicle Maintenance And Repair: A Vehicle Service Attendant Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Basic Vehicle Maintenance And Be Able To Perform Minor Repairs And Inspections On Rental Cars.
Attention To Detail: The Ability To Spot And Address Even The Smallest Issues With A Vehicle Is Crucial In Order To Ensure The Safety And Satisfaction Of Customers.
Physical Fitness: This Job Requires A Significant Amount Of Physical Activity, Including Lifting And Moving Vehicles, So Candidates Should Be In Good Physical Condition.
Customer Service Skills: Vehicle Service Attendants Interact With Customers On A Daily Basis, So Strong Customer Service Skills Are Essential In Order To Provide A Positive Experience For Customers.
Valid Driver's License And Clean Driving Record: As A Vehicle Service Attendant, You Will Be Responsible For Driving And Parking Rental Cars. A Valid Driver's License And A Clean Driving Record Are Necessary To Perform This Job Effectively.
