  3. Follow established procedures for cleaning and detailing vehicles.
  4. Report any damages or maintenance needs to management promptly.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  6. Answer customer questions and address any concerns related to the cleanliness and maintenance of rental vehicles.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to efficiently manage the flow of vehicles in and out of the rental fleet.
  8. Utilize cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
  9. Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times.
