  1. Develop and implement effective and innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and requirements.
  3. Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  4. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all parties involved.
  6. Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates to verify qualifications and ensure a strong fit with the company's values.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for Hertz, promoting the company's culture and values to potential candidates.
  8. Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to measure the success of recruiting efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve the company's recruitment strategies.
  10. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  11. Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to hire.
  12. Represent Hertz at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment events to attract top talent and promote the company's brand.
  13. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including training on interviewing techniques and best practices.
  14. Adhere to all legal and compliance requirements and ensure fair and unbiased hiring practices.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve the recruitment process and contribute to the overall success of the company's talent acquisition efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In The Hospitality Or Automotive Industry

  • Knowledge Of And Experience With Various Sourcing Methods, Including Job Boards, Social Media, And Networking

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders

  • Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Software, As Well As Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting For Recruitment Metrics.
