Hertz Car Rental is seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to help us drive our business forward. We are looking for someone who is a natural relationship builder, has excellent communication skills, and is able to think outside the box to attract top candidates.   1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates for various positions within the company.
  2. Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to source and identify potential candidates.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  4. Conduct phone and in-person interviews, assess candidate skills and qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the role.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  8. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent to the company.
  9. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for the company and promote its culture and values to potential candidates.
  11. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
  13. Network and attend job fairs and other recruitment events to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
  14. Provide timely and effective communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment Role, Preferably Within The Hospitality Or Transportation Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, As Well As Industry Best Practices In Recruiting And Talent Management.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
