- Identify and attract top talent: The primary responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be to identify and attract top talent for various positions within the company. This includes understanding the job requirements, creating job descriptions, and using various recruitment methods to attract highly qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This includes conducting intake meetings, providing updates on the recruitment process, and collaborating on the selection of candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment methods: The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of different recruitment methods and techniques, including job postings, social media outreach, job fairs, and employee referrals. They will be responsible for utilizing these methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In The Automotive Or Rental Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Recruiting Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Assessment.
Knowledge Of Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders.
