- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the company.
- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job postings, social media, networking, and job fairs to source potential candidates.
- Screen and review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for the role and company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and interview questions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company and effectively communicate the company's values and culture to candidates.
- Keep track of recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, universities, and recruitment agencies.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure all recruitment and hiring processes are in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the company's recruitment process to attract top talent.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In The Automotive Or Rental Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies And Best Practices, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Assessment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
Proficiency In Applicant Tracking Systems (Ats) And Other Recruitment Software.
