- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough and efficient screening and interviewing processes to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for hiring.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuously monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and ensure compliance with all recruitment laws and regulations.
- Actively participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Hertz Car Rental as an employer of choice.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to management.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive workforce by actively seeking out and attracting candidates from underrepresented groups.
- Proactively source and pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Represent Hertz Car Rental at job fairs and other recruitment events.
- Act as a brand ambassador and ensure all recruitment efforts align with the company's values and culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In The Automotive Or Hospitality Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment And Manage Multiple Recruitment Processes Simultaneously.
