- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of the role
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience and to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process
- Make data-driven decisions to continuously improve and streamline the recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to develop and implement onboarding and retention strategies for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and provide regular updates to senior management
- Continuously promote the company's employer brand and culture to attract top talent and improve retention rates.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In The Automotive Or Hospitality Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Best Practices, Including Sourcing Strategies, Candidate Assessment, And Onboarding.
