  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
  2. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific resources.
  3. Conduct detailed job analyses and create job postings that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of each position.
  4. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  5. Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  6. Serve as a brand ambassador and effectively communicate the company's values, mission, and culture to potential candidates.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other external partners to attract top talent.
  8. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and make recommendations for process improvements.
  9. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate information, interview notes, and hiring decisions.
  11. Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  12. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  13. Actively participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
  14. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and hiring progress to management.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  16. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in recruitment and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In The Automotive Or Hospitality Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Sourcing And Hiring Top Talent, Including Experience With High Volume Recruitment.

  • Knowledge Of Current Recruitment Trends, Techniques, And Best Practices, Including Experience With Social Media And Other Sourcing Tools.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders.
