- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough and efficient screening and assessment processes to ensure that only the most qualified candidates are presented to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
- Continuously monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and share knowledge and insights with the team.
- Represent the company at job fairs, college career events, and other recruitment events to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all recruitment activities and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Act as a brand ambassador and promote the company as an employer of choice to potential candidates.
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Proactively source and build a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In The Automotive Or Rental Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Recruiting Best Practices And Ability To Develop Effective Sourcing Strategies.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software.
