  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company.
  2. Conduct thorough and strategic sourcing methods to identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  3. Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  4. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the company.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements for each role.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
  7. Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage and track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.
  8. Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to the HR team and hiring managers.
  11. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  12. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and hiring data in the company's HR database.
  14. Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment and hiring practices.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the company's recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Recruiting And Talent Acquisition, Preferably In The Automotive Or Rental Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Best Practices, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Assessment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Hr Colleagues.

  • Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
