- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for available positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job postings that accurately reflect the requirements and culture of the company.
- Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, job fairs, and other external organizations to identify potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Conduct thorough and timely reference and background checks on selected candidates.
- Keep accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the company's applicant tracking system.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and promote the company's values, mission, and culture to potential candidates.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the company remains competitive in the talent market.
- Collaborate with HR team members to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition for all new employees.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection processes.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to promote the company and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruiting, Preferably In The Automotive Or Rental Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Current Recruiting Trends And Techniques, Including Social Media And Online Platforms
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Software, As Well As Data Analysis And Reporting Skills.
