- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job postings that accurately reflect the role requirements.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to source and identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Hertz, promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to showcase Hertz as an employer of choice.
- Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
- Act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent Hertz in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Recruiting And Talent Acquisition, Preferably In The Automotive Or Rental Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Techniques And Strategies, Including Sourcing, Networking, And Candidate Assessment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Proficiency In Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruiting Software, As Well As Knowledge Of Relevant Labor Laws And Regulations.
