As a Rental Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and helping our customers find the perfect rental vehicle for their needs.   1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their rental needs, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
  3. Maintain knowledge of current rental policies, procedures, and vehicle offerings to effectively advise and assist customers.
  4. Process rental transactions accurately and efficiently, including collecting payments and completing required paperwork.
  5. Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rental periods to ensure vehicles are in good condition.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
  7. Actively promote Hertz services and products to customers to increase sales and revenue.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area to present a professional image to customers.
  9. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide the best possible service to customers.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  12. Attend training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  13. Handle customer complaints and escalate to management as needed.
  14. Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
