- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of rental vehicles and services offered by Hertz.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and explain features and benefits of rental options.
- Effectively communicate rental policies, rates, and additional services to customers.
- Process rental transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize strong sales skills to upsell additional services and upgrades.
- Maintain a clean and organized rental office and vehicles.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient rental process.
