- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new franchise opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of franchise agreements, contracts, and financial data.
- Participate in franchise partner meetings and provide support and guidance on business strategies, operations, and financial management.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of franchise revenue and expenses.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in franchise management to continuously improve the franchise program at Hertz Car Rental.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Franchise Industry
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Financial Data And Make Strategic Recommendations
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Franchise Partners And Internal Teams
Knowledge Of The Car Rental Industry And Understanding Of Franchise Agreements And Operations.
